3) Health Inspection
All new vendors must complete vending application to the DOH which includes info about vending unit, vendor contact info, hours of operation, etc. Visit Department of Health, Food Protection Division

(proof of ownership + CFPM ID card + copy of license for service support facility + depot letter to 899 North Capitol St. NE, Washington, DC 20002)

4) Vending Business License
Once successfully passed inspection, vendor can present copy of inspection report to obtain the DCRA Vending License Visit Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs

6) DCRA Vehicle Size Inspection
